Personality
UNF. enforces personality development by promoting a good morale in the workplace as we know that employees are influenced by an attractive personality. UNF. instills good personality to all employees, particularly the customer service and sales departments as they have a direct interaction with customers either face to face or through telephone conversation on a regular basis.

Punctuality
Punctuality is crucial and it is the secret of success in life. we presume that a punctual employee will serious and treat every task is important, keeps his/ her words, well disciplined and able to show the greatest loyalty to the company.

Planning
A good planning will bridge between where a person is and where he/ she intends to go. Furthermore, a person that plans ahead will able to avoid mistakes and recognise hidden opportunities. we promote “planning” habit not only to all employees but also to all valued customers by distributing table planners to them when a new lunar year begins so that everyone is able to plan ahead and welcoming the coming year.

Productivity
Although we are not in production line, we believes that productivity is crucial to every department as it helps in measuring its strengths and weaknesses.we strongly believe that productivity is more significant than profitability as the former determines the effectiveness and efficiency of the business operation as a whole; the latter determines only the end result.

Performance
There is a direct relationship between performance and productivity. An employee who performs well at work will increase the productivity of a company. UNF. recognises the importance of performance management and hence, we carry out Performance Appraisal for all employees on an annual or semi-annual basis. we shows our appreciation to all our valued employees by providing special fringe benefits and allowances in return.

Professionalism
we also believe that having professional behavior and attitudes will direct affect our image and reputation. Every employee must act professionally to gain customer confidence. We practices professionalism by providing intensive trainings to employees at all level including internal and external trainings.

Health, Safety and Environment Policy (HSE)

Safety at work is always a major concern and first priority to us. Safety contributes productivity, performance and professionalism. We aims to be a market leader and a preferred vendor that is respected for our devotion to employee’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at work and our commitment to protect the earth and environment.

In support of these commitments, we endeavor to the following:

• To protect health and safety to all employees, contractors and individuals who involve in an operation by preventing work related incidents.
• To minimize environmental impacts of an operation by continuously seeking practicable ways of reducing discharges to the air, water and land; thus using energy and water efficiently.
• To comply with all applicable laws, regulations and other requirements as well as to commit continuous improvements for HSE at workplace through strictly discipline, employee empowerment and management commitment.
• To provide information, training, counseling and supervision and to conduct safety evaluation from time to time for all employees.
